Lobster recipe: Lobster salad

Easy fake lobster salad ( 205 calories, 22 carbs, 12 protein and 8 fat )


1 pack Trans Ocean chunk style lobster classic8oz
2tbsp light mayo
3oz light cream cheese
1tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/8tsp white pepper
1/8tsp garlic powder
1/8tsp opinion powder
1tsp dried dill weed
1/8tsp salt or to taste

Dice the lobster flavored surimi and put in mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Let rest for 10 minutes. Stir again and serve. Great for wraps, sandwiches and topping salad greens. Makes 3 3/4 cup servings
