Lobster recipe - Salad For President

Lobster Salad With Fresh Greens and Dill Fronds:Ingredients - meat from 1-2 lobsters separated into chunks
* Buy live lobsters and cook them, I wouldn’t mess with frozen lobster
- 1 large bag of fresh greens, we grew these but you can buy from the farmer’s market
- 2 sprigs of dill 
Dressing
- juice of one lemon
- 1 minced shallot
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp mayonaise

Notes: Wash and spin greens. top with cooled fresh lobster meat, and sprinkle dill on top.
Whisk together ingredients for the dressing until olive oil is emulsified and the dressing is consistent and a nice bright yellowy green. 
Add sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste. See source the lobster recipe
