Lobster Tails

A lobster-lover's delight, four whole, shell-off, raw Maine lobster tails arrive on cedar planks.
  • Arrives uncooked and frozen.
  • Thaw at room temperature for one hour. Cook in preheated 450-degree oven or on preheated 450-degree grill for 18-20 minutes.
  • Two tails per plank.
  • Each tail weighs approximately 2.5 ounces for a total weight of 10 ounces.
