It’s my fifth visit in the last month, and I’m already looking forward to another delicious, just flown-in, freshly prepared meal at Morgan’s Lobster Shack in Truckee.
The Crab Cakes are excellent: well seasoned, loaded with fresh crab meat and the sandwich makes for a filling lunch. I haven’t gone wrong ordering the Scallops, sautéed with garlic butter and served with greens tossed in a mild lemon aioli.
An ample serving made a perfect dinner evoking warm summer nights near the Atlantic Ocean. The Grilled Salmon with Ponzu also was excellent. And, dessert? Do not resist the made-on-the-spot Beignets with maple syrup.Continue
