Ingredients
1 6″ x12″ cedar plank
5 6-8oz raw lobster tails
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Fresh chives roughly chopped
Salt and pepper


How to cook the Grilled Lobster Tails Recipe:
Soak cedar grilling plank in water for at least one hour.
Preheat grill to 400Fº.

Join us as we celebrate 25 years of Lobster Dinner in Ardrossan, Alberta, Canada.  We start the evening with Fresh Lobster or Steak for a price of $50, but you may also choose live meine Lobster and Steak for the price of $75.
After the meal, you may buy 50/50 tickets, or put your name in some of the many silent auction items. There will be a live band, who will play a special segment of songs from 25years ago!  There will also be a live auction with more great items.

This event is hosted by the Ardrossan Community (ARAS) with money raised being used by local groups. Some of these groups include Baseball, Pony Club, Volunteer Fire Fighters, Station 3 Fire Fighters, Play School, and day care. Yes, there is a bar. Great event to be enjoyed by all.
