 Eddie Merlot’s, 1502 Illinois Road South, is getting mad … about lobster.
 From executive chef Matt Nolot, the Lobster Madness menu, available through April, features a number of offerings, including Lobster with Pappardelle Pasta ($26) in a buttery cream sauce, housemade Lobster Bisque ($8) and individual servings of the Eddie Merlot’s signature Lobster Macaroni & Cheese ($12).
 The Lobster Madness celebration goes into overdrive Fridays with a twin lobster special, when guests can enjoy two 1 1/4- pound lobsters for $39.95. The weekly special will be offered from through April 18.
