Simple lobstere recipe

Baked Lobster Pie

This is a very simple recipe from Lenny Linquata, who has headed up the Gloucester House Restaurant at Seven Seas Wharf (63 Rogers St.) in Gloucester since the 1980s.
For more than 50 years, the Linquata family has been serving up fresh seafood to diners. Lobster is a house specialty.
This Baked Lobster Pie may not be as dramatic a presentation when compared to Baked Stuffed Lobster but provides much of the same taste. You can use lobster meat from a boiled lobster (either hot or cold) or buy the lobster meat from a fish store or supermarket. The secret is in the stuffing, and also to be sure to heat the dish in such a way that the meat does not become overcooked.
