Lobster recipe: Lobster fried sauce noodles

Lobster fried sauce

Ingredients
1 fresh maine lobster 



Live 1 ½ lb. Maine lobster per person, in a 19 qt. lobster pot.
1 bunch scallions - cut into 5cm
1 cup crispy flour
XO sauce (the kind sold in glass jars available in supermarkets)
4-6 egg noodle pieces or more depending on the number of people eating
all-purpose flour
A few cloves of garlic - minced
oyster sauce
sodium

How to cook the Lobster fried sauce:
Lobster eggs over boiling water or broth want , use fragrant pork bones or chicken bones and cut into medium pieces an.Nho retain water shrimp eggs to sauce .
