How to make the lobster rool
- Coarsely chop the lobster meat.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Set aside.
- Toast the hot dog or ciabatta buns on the grill for 2 minutes on each side or until toasted.
- Place lettuce (or arugula) in the buns and fill them generously with the lobster mixture.
