Lobster recipe: Traditional lobster rolls

Ingredients to cook the Lobster rool

Cooked meat of two lobsters, about 700 g each 60 mL (1/4 cup) chopped celery 30 mL (2 tbsp.) chopped chives 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise30 mL (2 tbsp.) lemon juiceSalt and pepper, to taste4 to 6 hot dog buns of your choice Lettuce of your choice
How to make the lobster rool

  1. Coarsely chop the lobster meat.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Set aside.
  3. Toast the hot dog or ciabatta buns on the grill for 2 minutes on each side or until toasted.
  4. Place lettuce (or arugula) in the buns and fill them generously with the lobster mixture.
