Lobster & Crab Over Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:3 ounces king crab leg meat, cooked
6 ounces raw lobster meat
Lobster Meat
Premium 2lbs of lobster meat includes big chunks
of claw and knuckle fresh lobster meat
4 Tablespoons olive oil
4 Tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup chicken stock (I used homemade)
12 ounces pasta (cooked)
How to cook the lobster recipe:
Heat olive oil and butter in pan on medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Turn heat to high and add 1 cup chicken broth.
Let sauce reduce for a few mins, lowering heat to medium-low.
Add salt to taste.
Add the lobster and crab and let simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
Pour this all over your pasta! Add salt & pepper to taste.
