A Live Lobster was found in a box in a parking lot in Ontario. The
Humane Society has taken the Lobster to take care of it until it is
decided what to do with it. It is being kept in a salt water Aquarium
and will likely be relocated to Niagara Falls or maybe returned back to
the ocean.
There were restaurants near the parking lot but none of them
served Lobster. It is assumed that it was an April Fool's Day prank that
went wrong. Many are surprised that the humane society would be caring
for a lobster that would make a delicious meal but they stated that it
was in distress and they are not going to cause it more distress.
Their
job is to look after animals in distress.
