Unique seafood free seminar in Fairhope

Seafood, seafood and more seafood is the focus of a unique seminar in Fairhope

ersters.jpg     Oysters will be the focus of a fun, informative seminar at the Windmill Market in Fairhope, Ala. If you have any questions about every aspect of these tasty bivalves, everything from producing to cooking, then this is the place for you.
FAIRHOPE, Alabama – The third in a series of quarterly events aimed at bringing seafood producers, processors, scientists, chefs and consumers together over a shared interest of the region’s bounty from the sea will be held tonight (March 25) in Fairhope.

    Tonight’s event, titled Seafood Savvy, will put the spotlight on one of the best know and best loved aspects of seafood from this region – oysters.
   The seminar is free and open to the public and anyone interested in learning more about oysters – from harvesting to cooking – are invited to attend. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the program begins at 6 p.m. at the Windmill Market in downtown Fairhope.Continue
